Chemical Peel & Professional Skincare Product Disclaimer
1. Product Usage Disclaimer
All chemical peels, high-concentration acids, and specialised skincare products available on this website are intended for professional use only, unless otherwise expressly stated on the product packaging or product description.
By purchasing such products, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the product description, warnings, instructions and intended-use requirements and possess, or will obtain, the appropriate professional knowledge, training and competence required for the safe handling and application of the product.
The customer is solely responsible for following the product instructions, recommended application procedures, safety precautions, neutralisation requirements (where applicable), and post-treatment care instructions.
The seller shall not be responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for adverse effects, skin irritation, burns, pigmentation changes, allergic reactions, scarring or other injury arising from improper, unauthorised or negligent use of the product, failure to follow instructions, failure to perform the recommended patch test, or failure to follow appropriate post-treatment care.
2. Mandatory Patch Test & Safety Precautions
A patch test must be performed before the first full application of any chemical peel or high-concentration skincare product, in accordance with the product instructions.
Where the product instructions specify a particular waiting period before full application, that period must be followed.
Customers must discontinue use if significant irritation, burning, swelling, or other concerning symptoms occur and should seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
Following a chemical peel, appropriate sun protection should be used as directed. A broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 50 or above is recommended unless a qualified healthcare professional advises otherwise.
3. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
Reading and understanding all product instructions and warnings before use.
Performing the recommended patch test.
Using the product only for its intended purpose and in the manner specified by the manufacturer/seller.
Following applicable dilution, application, neutralisation and aftercare instructions.
Informing themselves of any contraindications or circumstances in which the product should not be used.
Obtaining professional or medical advice where appropriate.
Purchasing a product from this website does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the improper, unauthorised or negligent use of products purchased from this website.
Where liability is legally established against the seller, the seller's liability shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the purchase price of the affected product, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction conferred upon courts, tribunals or consumer commissions by applicable law, the parties agree that disputes arising out of or relating to purchases made through this website shall, to the extent legally permissible, be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India.
Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any mandatory statutory jurisdiction or remedy that cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
6. Customer Acknowledgement
By completing an order for a professional-use chemical peel or high-concentration skincare product, the customer confirms that they have read and understood the applicable product information, warnings, precautions and usage instructions and agree to use the product responsibly and in accordance with those instructions.
